At Lost Spring Brewing Co, every beer tells a story—and sometimes, those stories are steeped in sand, salt, and a little bit of Southern folklore. We’re not just brewing beers; we’re brewing legends.

Our Gulf Coast home is rich with history, mystery, and character, and we wouldn’t be doing it justice if we didn’t channel that into our brewing. From the marshes to the music, the hurricanes to the heritage, here’s how we honor the coast with every pour.

🐚 Coastal-Inspired Brews, Born of Place

We don’t just slap a beachy name on a beer and call it coastal. We dig deep into what makes the Mississippi Gulf Coast so special—and then we brew from the soul of it.

Sea Mist Lager – Light, breezy, and clean, this one was made for seafood boils, boat days, and porch hangs. Brewed to pair with salt air and sunny afternoons, it’s a toast to the Gulf itself.

Bayou Brown Ale – Earthy, rich, and a little wild, this one’s a nod to the brackish, mysterious waters that snake through our coastal landscapes. It finishes smooth, like a slow Southern drawl.

Hurricane Watch IPA – Bright, bold, and not for the faint of heart. Tropical citrus hops crash in like a storm surge—but with balance and just enough bite. Perfect for days when the radar is clear and the vibes are electric.

Ghost Crab Gose – Salty, tart, and a little unexpected. Inspired by the nocturnal crustaceans that haunt the shoreline, this coastal sour surprises the palate and keeps you coming back for more.

🌾 Ingredients with Local Roots

We believe local beer should taste like here. That’s why we use Mississippi-grown grains when we can, herbs and botanicals from nearby farms, and even citrus and honey from the region in our small-batch infusions.

Our seasonal brews often feature ingredients foraged or grown close to home—whether that’s satsuma zest from a backyard tree or muscadine grapes from a neighbor’s vines.

🎶 Legends, Myths & Tall Tales—On Tap

Our inspiration goes beyond the natural landscape. The Gulf Coast has always had a flair for the dramatic, from haunted lighthouses to pirate gold rumors. You’ll find that influence in our rotating “Legend Series”—a set of brews named after local lore and colorful characters from Ocean Springs history.

Captain Blackleg’s Porter A dark, roasty brew with notes of molasses and smoke, inspired by a (probably fictional, definitely beloved) pirate who was said to bury treasure somewhere near our shores.

The Singing River Saison Named for the Pascagoula River legend where voices are said to echo from beneath the water, this saison hums with a soft floral aroma and a dry, mysterious finish.
