From a Spring, a Spark

The name Lost Spring is a nod to what once was—and what can be rediscovered. Legend has it there was a natural spring in these parts, long forgotten under layers of history and development. While no map will lead you to it, we like to think we’ve tapped into something just as refreshing: a spirit of curiosity, community, and coastal flavor.

We started Lost Spring Brewing with a simple mission: brew beer that feels like home, whether you’re a local lifer, a wayward traveler, or someone discovering Ocean Springs for the first time. Our beers are inspired by our surroundings—from the salt air and subtropical heat to the music, art, and people that make this town tick.

Brewing with Intention

We’re proudly small-batch and craft-forward. That means you won’t find mass production here—just seasonal rotations, experimental blends, and beer that captures a moment in time. We also love collaboration. Our brewers frequently team up with local chefs, artists, and other makers to create one-of-a-kind releases that highlight the best of Ocean Springs and the Gulf South. Think oyster saisons, cocktail-inspired ales, or beer aged with locally roasted coffee and foraged herbs.
